Confirmed automatically when you verify your email address at signup. This is the baseline level for using the platform.
Phone
Submit your phone number under Verification in your dashboard. Our team reviews and confirms it directly, so there's no OTP code to wait for that might not arrive.
Identity
Upload a government-issued ID (national ID, driver's licence, voter's card, or international passport). Once approved, your profile shows a verified badge and you unlock higher listing and booking limits.
Business
For registered businesses listing at scale, submit your business registration certificate for the highest trust tier and limits.
Verification never downgrades
Once you reach a level, approving a lower-tier step later (like phone verification) never removes a level you already earned.
