Taking great listing photos
Good photos are the single biggest factor in whether your listing gets booked.
Your cover photo matters most
It's the first thing renters see in search results, and a sharp, well-lit cover photo can double your booking rate.
Use natural light
Shoot near a window or outdoors during the day. Avoid harsh overhead lighting or dark rooms, since it makes items look worn even when they're in great condition.
Show every angle
Include front, back, sides, and any accessories included. For vehicles and electronics, photograph the interior/screen and any existing wear so there are no surprises at handover.
Keep the background clean
A plain wall, outdoor setting, or clean surface keeps attention on the item itself. Avoid clutter in the frame.
Upload at least 4–6 photos
Listings with more photos consistently get more bookings. You can reorder photos after upload, so put your strongest shot first since it becomes the cover.
