Block dates you're unavailable
Open your listing's calendar and block out any dates the item won't be available: personal use, maintenance, or an existing offline booking. Blocked dates are hidden from renters automatically.
Confirmed bookings block automatically
Once a booking is confirmed, those dates are locked and can't be double-booked by another renter. You don't need to manually block them yourself.
Keep it current
An out-of-date calendar leads to booking requests you have to decline, which hurts your response rate and ranking in search results. Update it whenever your own plans change.
Pausing a listing entirely
If you need a longer break, you can deactivate the whole listing instead of blocking dates one by one. It stops appearing in search until you reactivate it.
