When you can leave a review and how the overall rating is calculated.

Reviews are double-blind
Neither party sees the other's review until both have submitted one, or a set waiting period passes. This keeps reviews honest instead of tit-for-tat.
When you can review
Reviews unlock once a booking is fully completed: the item was returned, both sides confirmed the return, and the deposit was released or a dispute resolved.
What to include
Rate on a five-star scale and leave honest, specific feedback: was the item as described, was communication good, was the handover smooth. Specific reviews help future renters and owners more than generic ones.
How the overall rating is calculated
Your public rating is the average of all your reviews as a renter or owner, shown on your profile alongside your total number of completed bookings.
