When a refund is issued
Refunds happen when a renter cancels before handover, when an owner cancels a confirmed booking, or when a dispute is resolved in the renter's favor.
How the amount is calculated
For renter cancellations, the refund amount depends on how close to the booking start date the cancellation happens. Owner cancellations and dispute-resolved refunds are typically refunded in full.
Where the refund goes
Refunds are credited back to your Qloxet wallet first. From there you can leave the balance for a future booking or withdraw it to your bank account.
Processing time
Wallet credits from a refund are typically instant. If you then request a bank withdrawal, that follows the normal payout timeline described in Receiving Payouts.
