Delivery vs pickup

The default option for most rental bookings. You and the owner arrange a meetup based on the listing's pickup address, coordinated through in-app chat.

Some owners offer delivery for their listings, for a fee shown at checkout, within a set radius. Select delivery instead of pickup when booking, if it's available.

Beyond rental handovers, you can book a verified delivery partner directly for any courier need. Search for partners near you, see their price upfront, and pay a deposit to confirm.

Once a delivery partner accepts, you can track the job's status from Accepted through Picked Up, In Transit, and Delivered, and message or call them directly from the tracking page.

After the partner marks a delivery complete, confirm receipt in the app to release their payment. If you don't respond within the window, it auto-confirms.
